Services

Rural Survey Specialists can undertake one or all of the different components involved in your survey process.

Questionnaire design

We will work with you to ensure that the most appropriate questionnaire design is used. This ensures that the survey will provide you with the information you needs - in a form that you can effectively analyse - and which works for the rural respondent.

Sampling design

Sampling depends on the purpose of the survey. In some cases this means randomized sampling (if you wish to make statistical statements about a ‘whole' population), or it might entail ‘purposive' sampling (if there is a particular type or group of respondents that you wish to hear from).

How many should I survey?

Undertaking Surveys

We undertake phone, mail and web-based surveys. Each has their particular strengths and weaknesses and some work better than others with different client groups. We can help you choose the most appropriate approach to take - or the mix needed to gain the best response.

Please note that as we are a boutique company that aims to provide the highest levels of service and outcomes, Rural Survey Specialists focuses on phone surveys of 200 or less respondents. However, we are open to negotiating for larger surveys.

Survey analysis - qualitative and quantitative

Our team can undertake full quantitative and qualitative analysis of survey data.

Survey reporting

We can provide a full analysis of the main trends and key messages/recommendations that emerge from the survey.

We also offer

  • Mentoring in the survey process
